How Much Does ManyPets Cost?
Like all pet insurance providers, ManyPets bases its pricing on your location and your pet’s breed and age. ManyPets is reasonably priced compared to top providers, with many plans ranging in the $20–$35 window, but expect this price to be higher if your pet’s breed is prone to health complications.
ManyPet’s pricing is impressive, considering that its coverage is unlimited, meaning there’s no cap on how many claims you can file. ManyPets’ deductibles are also pretty low, reducing the amount you’ll pay out of pocket before your coverage kicks in.
The provider offers three deductible options and three reimbursement rates. Here are the details:
- Annual limit: Unlimited
- Deductible options: $100, $250, $500
- Reimbursement rates: 70%, 80%, 90%

ManyPets’ accident-and-illness plan is comprehensive and covers common vet care similar to other providers. This includes the following services:
Common covered illnesses include cancer, dental disorders, diabetes, digestive disorders, genetic conditions, and hip dysplasia.
ManyPets has a unique approach to waiting periods. Though its typical waiting period is 15 days for accidents and illnesses, the company will reduce this to just 24 hours if you switch over from another insurer.

ManyPets offers a wellness add-on you can tack on to your base plan for an additional monthly fee. Wellness plans cover preventive vet care such as checkups and vaccinations. ManyPets’ wellness plan is more limited than most providers, but it will reimburse you for the following:

“The turnaround time for claims is amazing. I submitted two claims and within the hour they were approved and I had a direct deposit in my account the very next day. Submitting the claim online is also a plus. Thank you for the great service.”

“I had three dogs insured for both wellness and accident insurance policies and the increase this year was more than $60. I used the insurance only for one visit because my dog got stung by a bee! Last year I paid a little more than $1,500!!! They increase the price and do not reimburse if you cancel.”
Gabriella via Trustpilot
“ManyPets, an insurance company that ACTUALLY provides insurance. Swapped to ManyPets after a friend told me about it. Was very unhappy with my current insurance, kept raising rates, hardly covered anything in emergencies. Came to ManyPets, 2 days in had and emergency visit, they covered what they said they would. 1 week after ended up in emergency surgery for a separate issue and they covered the 90% including visit fee. So happy with my experience will recommend to all friends and family.”

“They cancelled my insurance saying I didn’t pay yet my card was on auto draft and perfectly fine. Then they admitted the error occurred in their system. Instead of reinstating my policy at my rate they gave me a new rate of $25 higher per month.”

*BBB rating is current as of February 2023.
Is ManyPets Pet Insurance Worth It?
ManyPets offers an accident-and-illness plan comparable to other pet insurance providers, though its wellness plan lacks coverage that many others offer, such as grooming. Its average monthly price is relatively low considering the unlimited coverage you receive, and the 24-hour waiting period, if you’re switching from another insurer, is a perk we haven’t seen from any other company.
Be sure to review coverage and policy details carefully before enrolling in any pet insurance plan. You should also get a sample quote to see what your monthly premium will be. We recommend looking at several companies, starting with top-rated providers Lemonade, Spot, and Embrace.
