No matter the amount of messages left they won’t return your phone call. Had I gone through my insurance (USAA) instead of the driver at faults (Kemper) my claim would’ve been resolved within a week. Instead we had to play phone tag with Kemper for five weeks. Your adjusters should be let go and your phone assistants should take over. Allison was tremendous and assuring. ** Thompson, the adjuster, and their supervisor Sarah were not. I feel terrible for your paying customers.”
