I have installed two ceilings using individual 3-11/16" x 8' pine pieces, which I painted. I still have one large room that I want a beadboard ceiling.
An ****** article on TOH website regarding beadboard ceilings stated that Georgia-Pacific manufactures a 4' x 8' beadboard plywood with beads on 1.6" centers and one with 3.5" centers.
GP has verified to me that the product is still made but will only ship it by the pallet load. I have not been able to find any vendor, including Lowes, Home Depot and various other lumber yards, that carry the 3.5" on center plywood and will not order a pallet load for me since I only need twelve sheets.
Does anyone out there know where I can get a 4' x 8' plywood beadboard with 3.5"-4.5" centers?
