Their bid was $9,529!!!…After additional research with other local Flagstaff companies, we were told we did not need to replace the insulation nor did we need to do a complete sanitation in the attic. We found out that hantavirus is carried by deer mice which we have not seen in our home. We hired Flagstaff Handyman Services to plug up the holes around our home and they did a terrific job! We also hired Coconino to place traps in the attic and in the kitchen. All the traps were found to be empty and the handyman did not find droppings in the attic. The handyman was $175 and Coconino was $75. Would not recommend Truly Nolen due to ridiculously high prices.” –Jen P.
