Presto-X starts off the control process with a thorough termite inspection. Next, your pest specialist will tailor a plan to your home’s specific needs. If you have subterranean termites, Presto-X will create a treatment including the strategic placement of termite baits around the perimeter of your home. If drywood termites are the problem, the Presto-X solution could be fumigation services or spot treatment.

Presto-X Customer Reviews
Presto-X has multiple pages with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), each devoted to different locations. As of April 2023, none of its pages are BBB-accredited, and the ratings range from A+ to F. The majority of the pages have no reviews, and the ones that do average 1 star. Keep in mind that even the most popular companies have some negative reviews. Here’s what some real customers had to say.
Elaine K. said:
“We are very disappointed with the customer service of Presto- X. We have been their customer since they took over from a previous owner. We were with the previous owner for over 20 years. We had an appointment today between 8 and 10 am. When they did not arrive we called and were told by a very rude customer service rep that the scheduling manager had rescheduled our appointment for two weeks from now. She also said that he did not bother to let us know. We find this unacceptable customer service. We do not recommend this company. We plan to look for another provider. The cs rep said management would call. They never did.”
“Poor customer service and billing. The technician apparently came out for a service call on March 31st yet never rang the doorbell upon arrival or provided service. There was no service receipt or any documentation left for me of their visit. Additionally, the company didn’t provide any advanced notification that they would be out on March 31st. Even though no one showed up or provided service I was billed for this service call, upon which I called Presto-S to inquire and they said they would reschedule the service for 4/17. Come 4/17 no one showed up… I had to call the office to get the appointment set up and I continue to be billed for the March 31st service.”
