One of our team members has a First American coverage plan and processed a claim for a garage door opener repair. He spoke with a rep on a Friday and received a repair appointment for the following Monday. The repairs were completed in under 30 minutes, and he was only charged for the service repair fee.

All replacements and repairs include a workmanship guarantee with unlimited coverage.

You can choose your own contractor for service calls, a rare option with home warranty companies. Although this is a welcomed feature, the company offers mixed coverage limits for home systems, lowering its plans’ overall value compared to other companies.
