She reported back to me as to the progress of the repair. She went over the company’s policy to me so that everything was clear about what I was responsible for. She even gave me her direct phone number so I could reach her at my convenience. The repair was completed in record time. She is definitely someone who understands the true meaning of the customer service concept!
