If a covered event damages your belongings, AAA will give you a replacement cash value (RCV) policy, meaning they’ll give you enough money to replace your damaged items as if they are new.

If a covered event makes your home inhabitable for a short period of time, AAA will cover additional living expenses, like the cost of a hotel room or the cost of meals.

Liability coverage protects you if you’re liable for bodily injury or property damage to someone else. An example of this may be if a pipe bursts and floods the apartment below you, damaging the resident’s belongings.

If a guest gets injured in your home and has to see a doctor for treatment, your policy will cover their medical bills.
