Water Drainage into Window Well

I'm wondering if anyone has some input about a water issue we are having that collects in a window well and how to solve flooding issues.  I have a video that I wish I could attach but since it won't let me I have a few pictures of the problem area.  The water appears to be seeping under the concrete pad and finding it's way around the metal window well between the foundation wall, when there is enough downpour it isn't draining under the rocks in the bottom of the well and it will continue to fill with water.  We don't actually see a lot of water sitting on the concret and/or running into the well but it actually runs towards the lawn and we will actually get some large water puddles in the lawn area as you can see on one of the pictures I circled where are.  The largest puddle we get is further from the window and concrete area.  We have 2 down spouts from the rain gutter but they discharge away from the window and pour out to the lawn which also help with the puddles on the lawn area.  Do we put a sump pump in the window well with a pipe that runs along the house then a hose that we could uncoil out further into the yard when it rains or is there some way to divert the water from even getting to the window well by digging up the concrete and grading all of that?  Any input is greatly appreciated. https://jbeadsjewelry.imgur.com/all/
