Strange condensation on new paint

I recently renovated our attached porch which is uninsulated and is coved on three sides with windows. After stripping off 30+ years of paint with a peel off stripping agent I let everything dry for a good month and sanded and repainted everything. A day after painted it has now been raining for 2 days and a strange dark brown condensation has started collecting on my new paint in a bunch of areas, paint isn't bubbling and condensation appears to be on outside. Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to stop it? The floor is still a bit wet and we were planning on putting a new wood floor over the existing one. Not sure if the moisture in the old floor is condensating or what. We now have a space heater going in there to try and dry everything up.
