Tapping into a bathroom water line for a new laundry room

I have a delima. My wife and I want to move our washer and dryer out of our (very small) kitchen to the wall that is behind our bathroom. I can see the hot/cold water lines to the bathroom sink and can also see the cast iron drain. The toilet is also on the same wall. My question is, can I tap into those lines, or do I have to do something else?

you should be able to tap into the lines just fine, but you need to make sure they are an adequate size to service the Washer (shouldn't be a problem), and of course, shut the water supply off first before you start.
