i'm at a loss, never seen one of those before....as a matter of fact, i can't see it at all.

Looks like a Klingon weapon with a cloaking device to me.

You been hitting the sauce again?:p Its to primative to be Romulan, it has to be off a Klingon Bird-of-Prey.

As usual, you're right, the Romulans use an 8 dot handle, 10 dots is definitely the work of the Klingons.

Actually, it looks more like ball bearings. Very tiny ball bearings. 10 of them, to be exact.
