With all plans and services, you can expect a technician to perform the following four elements of Hawx’s pest control process:

1. Treat the foundation of your property to establish a barrier of protection from invading pests
2. Inspect your entire yard and build a perimeter that goes beyond just the structure of your home
3. Install water-activated granules in your yard, eliminating nesting sites and preventing pests from entering your home
4. Clean out the eaves of your home by knocking down nests and cobwebs

Home Service Plan

The company’s ongoing general pest control plan is called the Home Service Plan, available with a choice of quarterly pest services or bi-monthly pest services. With the quarterly plan, you’ll see your pest control specialist four times per year, plus one additional initial service during the first year of the plan. With the bi-monthly plan, your technician will come out a total of seven times in your first year and six in the years following—once every two months.

Both plans come with free re-services that you may need if pests ever return in between treatments. For example, if you see a pest, you can contact your technician for additional treatments, even if your scheduled visit isn’t for another month.

Mosquito Abatement Plan

Mosquitoes can be somewhat difficult to remove from your property due to the extensive outdoor treatments and frequency of visits needed. Because of this, Hawx Pest Control offers the Mosquito Abatement Plan with monthly treatments during peak season, free re-services when needed, specialty treatments for mosquito nests and larvae, and a satisfaction guarantee.

Each technician customizes a plan based on your property, finding and treating the moist areas in your yard where mosquitoes may be breeding in addition to identifying nests in your lawn, bushes, and trees.

Termite Control Service

Hawx Pest Control can also provide treatments for termite problems. If you think you have a termite issue, you can schedule a free inspection and a technician will check your home for signs of invasions.

Once the level of infestation is determined, the technician will consult you on the best plan of attack for removing the termites. The most common method Hawx uses is the Advance Termite Bait System. A pest professional places and monitors multiple bait traps in all of the target areas that can disrupt and destroy entire colonies of termites.

Hawx can also use other treatments to get rid of termites, such as foaming and spraying applications, depending on your home’s needs.

Other Services

Although not included in the standard Home Service Plan, Hawx offers specialized coverage for rodents, bed bugs, and fire ants, but you may have to pay more for those treatments.
