Floor Insulation Manufactured Home

Have a manufactured home in the Dallas TX area that has a plywood subfloor. It sits about 3' above the ground on piers and has skirting all around. The underneath is dirt except for where the piers are & that's concrete. I need to insulate the floor, but mfg. home companies want to put insulation plus a bellywrap & the cost is astronomical. I'm at a loss as to why this would be different than just a regular conventional floor home. Can anyone recommend something that won't break my bank??
