Tom repairs a rotted porch post.

Where to find it?
Tom used a half-lap joint to attach the new post to the old post. He then used "Ready Patch" exterior spackle to fill the small gaps. It is manufactured by Rust-oleum.

Rough-sawn cedar 6x6 posts are available at specialty lumber yards.

What Is It?
Roger shows a red plastic cylinder, and the guys try to guess its intended use.
