How to age new copper

I know there is something to spray onto new copper to age it. can some one tell me a easy safe way to do it?

Thanks.

Re: How to age new copper

Acid will age/patina copper, I would recommend simple vinegar to start, even maybe dilute it down a little before starting.

It is always best to start off slow, if what you're using isn't working, increase the acidity level slowly until you reach your desired effect.
