Drip Irrigation Septic Systems

I am under contract for a house where the septic failed and the soil structure and eleveation grade led us to a drip irrigation system.  I have researched a bunch about them but since these seem to be "newer" system types, and not all states have approved ttheir use, I'm having trouble finding answers to more detailed questions I have.  Our system will require at least two pumps and am curious if each pump will require it's own breaker.  If so what size.  I also believe there is an alarm/computer monitoring system that operates the field.  Will that need it's own breaker as well?  I'm growning concerned there may not be enough room in the panel for the system's electrical requirements and am trying to be one step ahead of this process for estimates.  Also, anyone know the average lifespan of one of these systems of the average yearly maintenance costs?
