You're out of luck, cause you won't find it in this forum.
It will be cheaper to rip what you have and install new tiles, trust me.
I move that this and all future threads started on this particular tile be deleted.
dont worry... it wont be deleted but it will be closed in a moment
the tiles you are looking for were sold at home depot.. they will buy one or two very large orders of teh tile and that is it. if you need more at a later date you wont be able to get them. if you ever do more tile work buy one or two extra boxes so that you have spares when an issue arises.
