Most of the items that Jim recommended for a storm kit, including bottled water, canned food, batteries, and lanterns can be found at any major retail store.

The multi-use radio that included a hand-crank, solar panel, flashlight, and cell phone charger is the FRX2 American Red Cross radio, manufactured by Eton.
