Generation NEXT: How to Get Involved

This Old House has made great progress since the summer of 2016 when we announced our commitment to leveraging our platform to help "rebuild" the building trades and spark general interest in the trades as a viable career path to close the skills gap in America. Here are some highlights:

Response to our Generation Next campaign has been astounding, with hundreds of letters of support and thousands upon thousands of social posts from our fans asking how they can help. As we continue our campaign to generate awareness about the skilled labor shortage and raise funds for scholarships, there are lots of ways that individuals, associations, and businesses—large and small—can get involved:

  • Keep up to date on our progress and TOH apprentices right here
  • Help spread the word by following us on social at Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Join the conversation using #TOHGenNEXT
  • Become a major supporter (minimum $5,000) and receive recognition in TOH Generation NEXT promotional print, TV and digital media. For more information, email us
