Boost Your Dishwasher’s Cleaning Power
Follow these easy rules and you too can become a member of the clean-plate club
Load it right. Don’t rinse; scraping will do. The detergent is designed to attack food—when your dishes are already clean it goes after the finish. Point knives down, but alternate forks and spoons up and down to give them rinsing space.
Read the manual. Seems obvious, but you may be overlooking features like an adjustable rack that can tilt to accommodate a platter, a water-softener dispenser, a cycle that uses extra-hot water, or a filter that may need occasional cleaning.
Thanks to Bosch.
