Wood frame porch screens

Anyone know where I can find plans or detailed directions for how to make wood frame screens to enclose an existing porch? I've seen old houses that have them and they don't look too complicated. Home Depot sells the parts to make metal framed screens but don't think they'd hold up or look right on our house. Thanks!!

Thanks TOHROCKS, saw this article already and it's talking about the ScreenTight system they sell at Home Depot... that's the metal frame screening that I was trying to avoid. But thanks!
Anybody else?

Re: Wood frame porch screens

I haven't been able to find anything that doesn't suggest the ScreenTight system in order to frame and stretch the screens.

I know another show has taken on this project but I can't find the instructions there either.

I did find one set of plans for sale. http://how-to-plans.com/covered_screened_porch_plans.html

I think basic framing in and building squares of lumber to "frame" the screens would be easier to do than the crosshatched braces pictured there.
