Thanks to one and all who responded to my posting. I was afraid that that would be the answer ( no junction box under a floorboard ) so it sounds like some work yet to be done. And in Toronto the weather is still fine as we head into autumn--great golfing weather. I thought the name on the box of marr connectors said marrettes. Company name or French term--I don't know. Jerry

Interesting:
My T&B catalogs carry a huge product line and yet I see no mention of a Marrette.
