Guys --- it's clearly an invisable-a-tron.

Code doesn't allow those in the states. Here the rough equivalent would be an invis-o-matic, though even those have limited use.

Re: What is this Tool?

Geez -- you're right. I just saw on the news how those invisable-a-tron tools are being taken off the market.

Apparently the safety council had received several complaints whereby those devices would spontaneously activate and --- well --- disappear.

It's recommended to only use the more stable invis-o-matic ....... and if you call know you'll receive not 1 -- but -- 2 --- for the same price of only 7 payments of $19.95 --- and --- we'll throw the in the handy dandy invis -o-meter.
---- call now -- operators are standing by.

Similarly with Invis-O-Matic, which is why the government was the primary purchaser of this item. The problem with the Invis-O-Matic is that it only disappeared while being used, which is why it is favored amongst road repair crews ...

I hate to disagree with you guys but I believe it is an Invisable Wasser Flipper maufactured by the German company Versteckte Schattenfirma.
