What kind of heater is this? Noisy Fan

Home was built in 1962, but these look to have been installed sometime after the home was built. We have baseboard heaters (run off a boiler) and the upstairs of the house has 5 of these units as well. I know they also run off the boiler, and they also have built in blowers. The blowers are noisy on a few (to the point they wake us up when it kicks on at night) and I'd like to take a stab at repairing them, but I have had zero luck figuring out the make/model of these units, so I have no idea what schematics to be looking for. Anyone come across these before? Right now I just have the noisy units turned off rather than listening to them. I pulled the cover off last night, but I it looks like I can't even see the blower fan without removing more of the internals (mostly radiator piping - can take a picture of that tonight as well).
