Water tank is screaming...
DIY is my thing

I have a Water-X-Trol water tank for my house. It is feed by a pump, and pulls water from a surface well. It has been working great for the 5 years that I have been in the house, however recently it has begun to scream shortly after the pump shuts off. It does not seem like this is a water hammer issue, could this be the diaphragm in the tank being ripped? Or is it an air pressure issue? Before I start to drain the tank and repressurize the tank I wanted to see what people think.

Any help is appreciated, as it is loud..
