Water problem fixed, now to repair the concrete floor.

The water issues for the basement have been solved through landscaping and installation of a weeping tiles under the basement floor around the inside perimeter of the house. Now, we want to fix up the floor which has alkalai damage which has left many areas of surface crumbling. What are realistic options other than removing the floor and repouring another one?
