I just purchased my first home and needless to say it needs alot of work. Here are the details of what I'm working with (I should say I do my own work and have experience as a carpenter so DIY is most likely the route I'll take):

Dylan,

Pump it out. I used to get water in mine. I found a gutter was no longer pitched correctly.

I don't see a question.

Sorry about that, I did have more to post but the forum gives me warning saying I'm a spammer

Dylan,

That is funny. Thinks you are a spammer. I have tons of experience working on older homes and buildings. I have lived in Victorian houses most all of my life. I grew up in one, and I own one. They are work, but the beauty is so worth it all. I love that there are not two that are alike. And they are built to with stand most anything.
