Wash Machine Isolation Solenoid Valve

Back a few months ago, I saw a segemnt where a solenoid valve was added between the existing valves and the water inlet hoses on a wash machine. The wash machine was also plugged into the valve. When the wash machine called for power, it opened the water supply solenoid valve. When the washer went off, it closed the supply valve. The purpose for he valve was to protect from a flood due to a broken supply hose.

I can't find that valve anywhere. Has anyone seen one in the Enfield, CT area?
