victorian house paint problem
measure twice cut 1

we have a house that is one hundred years old. it is in the town of eden ny. they have asked us if we wanted to make the house a land mark. it is a beautiful home. alot of it has been restored. we are having trouble with the paint. The house was stripped down to the bare wood clapboards ten years ago and repainted with oil base sherwin williams paint. we touch up every year with the same paint, but on the sun side of the house we keep on getting mold. the side of the house that does not get the sun does not get mold.Would you have any suggestions. we have also had fungiside put in the paint. would you like to use this house on your TV show.
