Underlayment for radiant floor heat

We have radiant (hydronic) floor heat under 3/4 plywood subfloor with a full heated basement. We are installing 3/4 hardwood flooring (Noble House) with clips to make it a floating floor. We had already done one room by nailing and have shrinkage and popping noises when the heating is turned on in the winter. We would like to know what underlayment to use so there is not a heat barrier but a heat transfer, and don't want the clips to rub against the subfloor and make noise. The web site for Noble House had recommended SoundBuff Radiant Pro, but no one seems know about it or can get it. Any advise or recommendations will be appreciated. We live in the snow belt east of Cleveland, OH.
