Ugly plumbing stacks on metal roof

Thanks to hurricane Irma I am getting a new roof.  I am in SW FL, my house is a ranch that was built in 1973 and I currently have a white S-shaped tile roof.

I would like to get a standing seam metal roof as they performed better during the storm.  The roof would be galvalume and either white or not colored. The problem is that I have two bathrooms at the front of my ranch home.  With the tiles the plumbing pipes don't stand out, but with the standing seam they will really be obvious.  Every vent boot covers I see, especially the attractive ones, say not to be installed on metal roofs.  Any suggestions?

Re: Ugly plumbing stacks on metal roof

Ask the roofing or manufacturer of the roof .My sister had a metal roof put on last year and the company offered a cover for her vent stacks that matched the  color of the new metal roof .They still stick out but at least they are the same color as the roof .I am not sure if they made them or they offered them as a add on .Her roof is blue .
