Tightening 1.5 inch faucet nuts

Hi all,

I'm having a problem installing a bathroom sink faucet and I'm hoping someone can help. The nuts on the hot and cold as well as faucet stems are 1.5 inch. A standard basin wrench and Ridgid's straight sink wrench will only handle up to 1.25 inch nuts. I bought the larger basin wrench that will handle larger nuts but the working space under the sink is too small so I can't turn the wrench once it clamps.

I even had a plumber come look at it and on the phone he told me he could tighten it no problem but when he left they were still loose. He spent a lot of time under the sink. I have no idea what to do at this point. It's a fairly standard Price Pfister faucet so I can't imagine it should be this hard.

Please help! Thank you in advance.
