Starting My Bathroom

Hello friends. I live in a small Cape Cod and I'm starting my upstairs bathroom. As a weekend do-it-yourselfer, can someone tell me where I need to start? I have all of the fixtures (toilet, sink, etc) purchased but I really don't know where to start. Can someone point me in the right direction? Some do's and don't-do's? Or maybe a guideline I can use as directions?

Re: Starting My Bathroom

Can you take templates of everything up there and find a reasonable "work triangle"? Then get a plumber in there to tie into the plumbing. Or if the plumbing is in place already
start at the tub or shower
Then floor tile or flooring and any wainscoting you're going to install.
Then install the toilet
Then finally the vanity.
Then paint
Then all the decor.

These are the steps that make the most sense to me.
