Stained Glass Window in Tub enclosure

House is 102 years old. We are having our bathroom tub and tiles reglazed. In the tub enclosure is a beautiful 36x48 stained glass window original to the house.
For the past 10 years that we've owned the house, we have simply covered it with a clear shower curtain to keep it and wood trim from water damage. Now that we are reglazing everything, new floors, etc. etc., I would love to have some ideas on how to keep the window where it is but a better alternative of protecting it othe than the shower curtain.
Suggestions, anyone?
