Specific parts for hydronic in-slab radiant heating

I am a long-time viewer of TOH and have successfully taken on many
projects. Now I'm rebuilding the first floor of my home
on Long Island (thanks to hurricane Sandy) and am taking this
opportunity to install radiant floor heating in a poured concrete slab
over the existing slab. I can handle the project (laying out the
tubing, concrete, plumbing, electrical), however I don't know which
parts specifically to use for the radiant system at the boiler. Richard
Trethewey did an install for a homeowner in the following video:

The way he installed the system is absolutely perfect for me and is
exactly the way I've always wanted to do it. About 2:20 into the vid,
Richard explains in general terms the 'mixing station'. My
request is for each and every component, including manufacturer
and part numbers, in that very system. Also, at the far, left side end
of each manifold, there is a part that I can't tell what it is. Are
they air bleeders?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.
Merry Christmas to you and your families.
