Sourcing glass cabinet doors

Howdy y'all.

I've been making various types of cabinets with a buddy of mine for a couple of years. Lately we've been building smaller entertainment centers for flat-panel tv's, and we want to start designing some with glass doors.

I've googled the heck out of every option I can think of but I've not been able to find any sources for glass. Ideally, I would want a company that sells stock sizes of smoked tempered glass.

If anyone has any ideas on how to source this, I would appreciate being steered in the right direction.

Thanks, Jack

Any glass shop can source the glass for you. You may possibly be able to purchase from a wholesaler if you buy enough quantity. I've built a number of projects requiring glass in the door and my local shop was able to fill the bill every time. :)

Check with your local picture framing shops too. My supplier doesn't have smoked glass but I'm sure that there are some that do.

Re: Sourcing glass cabinet doors

This question appears in quite a few forums.

I recently needed to renew my links as I had a new need to fill.

The Glass shelves from buystorefixtures are by far the best price.
I recollect that I saw a similar ad for smoked glass, but cannot find it now.
Use "BLUM" or "H"A"feler" hinges for the best results.

Hope this is of use to all
