Slow flush

I just completed my 2nd floor bathroom and the toilet flushes very slow. the drain runs down through the wall of the first floor bathroom elbows in the concreat runs under the toilet and to the septic tank. Do I need to put a vent pipe in the wall just after the toilet to solve this problem.

There should always be air behind water.

How did you plumb ? pipe sizes?

Every plumbing fixture needs a vent. I guess this was done without permits or inspections.
