Slop sink in basement

I want to add a utility sink in the basement near the washer - the only thing is the pipes are above the washer (when washer drains it pushes the water up to the drain pipe)- how do I get a sink to drain UP to this pipe? Any ideas?

They make pumps designed for the purpose. It will need to be attached to a drain above with a check valve. It should also be connected to a vent or future vent. Finally it needs power. A plumbing supply company will have it.
