Shed Door Fix

I have a vinyl shed whose foundation is flush with the ground. This makes opening the doors difficult since the flap on the bottom of the doors that is meant to keep water out tends to drag against the grass. I've thought of putting down brick in front of the shed to solve the issue. But, I have a small backyard which is already about 1/3 brick patio and I don't really want to lose more green space. Does anyone have any other suggestions for fixing this (other than rebuilding the foundation so as to raise it up a bit)?

Thanks.

Setting the shed on some sort of a foundation is the right way of doing it. If you keep the shed at the same elevation as the surroundings, you will have more troubles than just a door that is hard to close.

You will either have to raise the shed or lower the ground around it. If weather tight doesn't matter, then cut the bottom of the door off.
