sediment in hot water line

My faucets are clogged with sediment. I have determined that it is coming from my hot water supply. Is there a hot water filter that I can install on the output of the boiler or in series with the hot water feed that will trap this sediment? Here are the particulars.

House is serviced by a private well. Hard water = yes

A whole house water filter is installed on the cold water supply line and cartridges changed regularly

All supply lines are copper

Hot water is heated by a 30 year old boiler which also provides heat via hot water baseboard.

Hot water coil has been acid flushed because of poor volume

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
