Second floor concrete patio deck with underlying dryrot

My home was built in 1967 with a concrete patio over a carport and over the years it has cracked and leaked into the carport. I have stopped the leaking but now I have a lot of dry rot to deal with. I want to replace the concrete deck and fix the dry rot situation. I know this is not a DIY project but finding a contractor willing to do the work is becoming difficult. Any suggestions as to what I should do?

Thanks in advance for any help

Keep looking for a contractor. Why do the contractors you're calling refuse to give you estimates? Are there hidden facts you don't know about?

If you live in a remote location and some contractors won't take the job because of that, you may have to offer to pay more. At some point there's going to be a contractor who'll take the job...
