Sagging roof sheathing

I have a 1964 AFrame cabin with a set of 2x6’s and no ridge beam, only horizontal supports about every 12 feet.  There’s about a 3 or 4 inch gap between the sets of 2x6’s. The sets are spaced 6 feet apart. Each side is 28 feet long, including the floor, making an equilateral triangle. There is a second story with loft and bedroom

In the 6’ gaps, the sheathing is sagging, particularly near the top of the house. Can I put extra 2x6’s in between for extra support and if so, how do I get them into the flooring of the second story? Can I use 2 shorter 2x6’s, one on each floor, above each other?
