Replacement Windows in Newton House (season 39)

I just watched episode 9 where Tommy showed how to install the replacement windows in the Newton house. He used a 'sponge balancing' system which the sashes simply snapped into. I've looked at the products from that episode and for the entire season and nowhere could I find windows. Does anyone know which manufacturer / system they are using on this house?

I was wondering the same thing!  Andersen makes a similar product called the Narrowline Conversion Kit, but that only comes in white.  Strange that they don't even list the vendor in the episode guide.  I'll keep looking!

Did either of you figure out who the manufacturer is?   That product looks to be a perfect solution for my 'old house'....  Edit.  Just found from another thread..  https://www.marvin.com/marvin/windows/double-hung-tilt-pac

You have to be right.  That looks exactly like it with the metal clips and all.  Well done and thanks Todd.

Mark, Todd and Brian - From the team at Marvin Windows and Doors; wish we would have seen your comments sooner! The replacement product used in the Newton House is indeed the Marvin Tilt Pac Double Hung Sash Replacement System. It's ideally suited for older double hung windows with a frame that's in good condition, but a sash or hardware that needs replacement. You can learn more at the link above, or by contacting a dealer in your area if you're still looking. Happy remodeling!
