Replacement of mortise locks?

I've just bought myself a 1947 house... almost the entire thing is original, but with modern updates(electric central HVAC, 2008 code electrical, etc). The doors are, however, original. And this is my issue.

I like the look and feel of an older house with modern luxuries and would love to keep my old mortise locks, but they're just too worn. What are my options in this matter? I have them on all my interior doors and one external. I have not see any of these at hardware stores. Picture is attached. You can see where the turning mechanism has worn itself a new groove over the years, causing it to bind and not operate smoothly. All of them are like this.

Check out this site looks like they have a lot of antique mortice locks that may be what you are looking for. I have never delt with them just found them in a search.
