You need not move out of the house, that is a little extravagant. Putting in another working bathroom, you might as well put it in permanently. Plus there are more things to consider to get water to run uphill. And you would have to have permits and inspections for that one as well. You could wait to remove things like the toilet at the very last minute, move it, what ever you plan to do with it, install it, and use it again the same day. Same for the shower. As far as showering, get used to using the kitchen sink to bathe. Maybe once a week, stay in a hotel for a complete shower and some rest.
