Rear outlet toilets

Anyone have thoughts regarding floor mounted rear outlet toilets for basement installations.
They seem to work well, most of the applications I have seen have them located in modular bathroom "containers" where underfloor plumbing isn't an option.
They are more expensive, however when factoring in mess and labor for the concrete removal of a traditional style toilet mounted in a basement, it seems like it would be an option worth exploring.

I my case I can place the toilet adjacent to the main stack and construct the walls as necessary to accommodate the rear outlet.

Any "constructive" thoughts would be appreciated.

They work fine, there are two things that should be done. When setting the flange be sure you have backing in the wall so the flange can be screwed to it and use two wax rings when setting the toilet.
