Raising a Toilet Flange with a Raised Floor

I'm in the process of raising the basement floor to provide some insulation. I plan to lay 2x4 sleepers, backer board and tile in the bathroom. I understand that flange extensions are available in 1/4" and 1/2" lengths, but what about the 2" or so that will be required in my case?

2" is too far for extensions and double rings you'd be asking for constant trouble. time to redo the flange. What type of piping and floor, maybe a picture?
