Protecting interior window from condensation

I have a floor to ceiling bay window with 80 individual single panes.  We have the entire exterior of the window reglazed and painted last year.  In the winter the interior panes get significant condensation on them in the morning, which evaporates by afternoon (it’s a west-facing window). I don’t feel like there is much more we can do to prevent the condensation, so I need to protect the interior wood from damage.  I plan to repaint the interior with a good quality exterior paint, but I’m wondering if i should also caulk the interior of the window panes, or at least the bottom edge of each pane where the moisture collects?
