About five years ago we installed glue down engineered floor in a bathroom. its been great with no problems with water.
Three week ago I did another bathroom only to find out that a small 8" x 18" section in the middle didn't "stick". it presses down about 1/8" when stepped on. its not visibly a problem, more of a nuisance felt under foot.
Any ideas as to get it to stay down without putting a nail thru it?
I thought of melting the glue with a heat gun thru the wood briefly and then placing a heavy weight on top....of course I would have to test it out first ;) ...
Any help here????:)
